About

I work where the Android SDK meets the browser engine — Activities, Services, ContentProviders, and Broadcast Receivers on one side; Blink rendering, compositing, and Mojo IPC on the other.

I progressed from diagnosing layout and paint bugs inside the Chromium engine to leading AI feature delivery and greenfield Kotlin/Compose modules. That combination lets me contribute confidently across legacy Java codebases and modern architectures alike.

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of Read Highlight Aloud, integrating Samsung OneUI AI into the browser for 400M+ MAU.
  • Architected a flexible, interactive prompt system with Jetpack Compose — free-form UI repositioning on Galaxy S-series flagships.
  • Overseeing the Sites Module — stability, release cadence, and quality at global scale.
  • Partnering with product and QA on architecture reviews and performance SLAs across hundreds of millions of sessions.

Senior Software Engineer

  • Built a greenfield AI-driven advertising platform with Kotlin, Compose, and Dagger/Hilt plus on-device activity models.
  • Engineered Blink/C++ logic for Samsung Pass Virtual View & Virtual Card autofill inside the rendering pipeline.
  • Launched the first standalone Password Editor with biometric auth, Android Keystore, and Kotlin Coroutines.
  • Led Chromium bringup across upstream merges — large-scale C++ refactors and IPC reconciliation for 400M+ users per release.

Software Engineer

  • Optimized the Chromium rendering pipeline — layout, compositing, and paint-phase bugs at the engine source level.
  • Improved cross-process IPC stability under memory pressure on mid-range devices.
